Harriet has over 10 years of industry experience, which she leverages to ensure both Embryo’s clients and her growing Client Services team flourish. At Embryo, she is responsible for our key account strategies and ensuring that the excellent client experience we promise is maintained. Whether it’s strategising opportunities for growth at our APMs, mentoring her team, or collaborating with the different divisions within the Delivery team to ensure goals are being met, Harriet is integral to Embryo’s quality of service being upheld on a day-to-day basis.
