- Booking in appointments for our consultants.
- Following up with prospects upon monthly thought leadership reports we send out.
- Identifying and maximising opportunities to develop new business streams.
- Liaising with the sales team in regards to potential prospects.
- Cold calling without hesitation.
- However, we create lots of useful thought leadership content, and most calls will be following this up.
- Being able to talk consultatively about our digital marketing services to potential clients on the phone or in person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in telesales.
- Reliable and committed.
- Ability to be self-motivated and organised.
- Digital Marketing agency experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC and social media advertising.
- 5 years of telesales experience.
